1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of arcticpug.com and the applications and services published by Arctic Pug LLC (the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your country.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• break any applicable law or infringe the rights of others;
• send spam, distribute malware, or attack, scan or disrupt any network or system;
• resell, sublicense or share access to the Services without our written permission;
• interfere with or reverse-engineer the Services, except where the law allows it.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Payments and subscriptions

Some Services are paid. Prices, billing periods and payment methods are shown before purchase. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are governed by their terms, including refunds. Other purchases are refunded where required by law or at our discretion.

5. Availability

We work hard to keep the Services reliable, but we do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or available in every location. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

6. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, design and trademarks, belong to Arctic Pug LLC or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

7. Disclaimer

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arctic Pug LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we are required to by law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
