Arctic Pug LLC (“Arctic Pug”, “we”, “us”) is a limited liability company registered in New Mexico, USA. This policy explains how we handle personal data on arcticpug.com and in the applications and services we publish (the “Services”). Contact: [email protected].

We collect only what is needed to provide the Services:

• an account identifier and, if you provide it, your email address;
• basic technical data such as app version, device type and operating system;
• payment status. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not receive or store full card numbers.

3. How we use it

To operate, maintain and secure the Services, to process payments, to provide support, and to comply with legal obligations.

4. What we don’t do

We do not sell, rent or share personal data with third parties for advertising or any other purpose. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-app tracking SDKs.

We use a limited number of infrastructure and payment providers to run the Services. They process data only on our instructions and only as needed to provide their service to us.

6. Retention

We keep account data while your account is active and delete it within 30 days after you ask us to close it, unless we are required by law to keep it longer.

7. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.

8. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be announced in the Services.
